GTA4 runs better on PS3 Sir. Back to the situation at hand, I didnt even realize it but the only multi plat games I have are COD4 and GTA4.
I dont mind that its on the 360 but I still hope it comes to the PS3.
I know FF13 is coming to PS3 but we still need all the RPG's we can get.
I guess it doesnt matter much because I'm buying a 360 for GOW2 but I dont want to buy to many games for the 360 due to the possibility of rrod.
I want this game though, so I guess I will do what i gotsta do.
I never was big on LE's but I love my PS3 Ver. of GTA4. The lock box and key chain are pretty sweet swag and I ACTUALLY have a use for them. I one of the people who are NOT dissapointed by GTA4 and loves the hell outta of the franchise all together.
Hopefully Resistance2, Gears2 and FF13 will all have Limited Editions because these are IP's that I'm a huge fan of. I would have opted to go with the MGS4 LE but I like the standard edition box art better.

For one, I dont know why SqeEnix chose the unreal engine for this ip. The only thing I can think of is that perhaps its easier to cross platform by doing so. The UE3 wont do much for the style of art they went with.
Secondly i heard someone above say that MS doesnt want multiple disc used when a game is multi plat? So its quite possible that is going to be a gimped RPG right out of the box. I hope that this game game isnt being scaled back just because MS doesnt want a 3 or 4 b...

digital distribution will never "take off". theres a niche market for it.. sure, but the majority of people want physical property in their hands if they are paying for it.
MS needs Blu Ray and larger HDD's next go'round. They just got on that digital distribution sh1t because what else could they say? HD DVD flopped and we dont have Blu Ray? Teaming up with Netflix was a nice band aid to put over the hd dvd wound but I say they need BR not for the sake of movies but ...
they pushed SR2 back in fear of getting to close the Lion(GTA4). If they really wanted to know what people wanted to play then why didnt they release SR2 at the same time GTA4 dropped?
Why are they using GTA to hype SR2 after alaready ripping so many elements from it instead of making it stand on its own two? Pretty pathetic if you ask me(i know you did'nt).
what we wanted to play they would have released SR2 at the same time R* released GTA4. SO why didnt they? because they KNOW GTA4 would have smasshed the sh1t out of SR2.
Now they want 2 use GTA4 to hype SR2 proving once again that Saints Row cant hold its own without borrowing from GTA. From the games elements to the advertising SR needs GTA to thrive!!!!!!!

but I just threw in a 160gb Seagate. I think the 40gb is great because its $399 and hard drives like the The Seagate i bought was only $99 so spending $500(plus tax) will get you a 160 PS3.

Yes sir. The 360 is easier to develope for. Its' architecture closely resembles that of a PC. All devs are familiar with it and thats why PC specific devs like Epic and Valve favor it over PS3 and thats why it see's so many PC ports. This is certainly not a knock against the 360.
The PS3 is more complicated but to me the reward seems to pay off for devs who really try to get down to nitty gritty with it. Uncharted is proof, so is R&C, GT:P5 and more recently MGS4!!! The PS3...
